1. In May 2021, Midis Group, through its subsidiary MB Com Ltd (“MBCOM Technologies”), entered into new contractual agreements with CA Europe Sàrl (“CA”) and Broadcom. hese agreements united the existing local Midis teams representing CA Enterprise and Symantec Cybersecurity solutions—collectively referred to as Broadcom Software.
The new arrangement strengthens MBCOM Technologies’ role as a representative for CA products within the Broadcom Software portfolio. At the same time, MBCOM Technologies has gained exclusive rights to represent CA and Symantec software solutions in more than 90 countries.
Under this agreement, MBCOM Technologies assumed full responsibility for sales and operations in the regions through its existing network of distributors and resellers. The unification of CA and Symantec teams under the MBCOM Technologies brand aims to increase flexibility, accelerate local decision-making and improve responsiveness to partner and end-customer needs.
